Frye, played collegially at University of Arizona, was signed to a 30 million dollar - 5 year contract extension in July 2010 which resulted in the trading of now star point guard Goran Dragic and Lou Amundson. This unfortunate news coming out of the Suns camp is a crippling blow to the rising basketball star.Channing Frye was one of the returning 6 team members from last years squad.
